The Bledsoe building is an 11,709 square foot office building located at the corner of Norwood and Bledsoe Street in Fort Worth in the area east of the Modern Art Museum, just south of 7th Street. It is situated within one block of restaurants, retail shops, movie theatre and surrounded by high-end residential projects. This building was purchased in 2014. It was previously a garage that KCP renovated into luxury office space, leased 100%, and sold.
