Founded in 2015, Kelly Capital Fund II is a private equity commercial real estate fund. Kelly Capital Partners Fund II’s objective is to invest in a portfolio of properties through acquisition and limited partner participation. Investments by KCP Fund II take the form of fee simple ownership, preferred equity, senior debt, margin debt or leaseholds and may be controlling or non-controlling interests. KCP Fund II will acquire various property types including office buildings, retail centers, multi-family, raw land, student housing, industrial and hospitality.
